49th Star Surveying specializes in performing ALTA, Asbuilt, Boundary, Cadastral, Control, Design/Topographic, Subdivision and Utility Surveys all over Alaska.

We are located in Girdwood where we provide surveying services in the Municipality of Anchorage, Mat-Su Valley and the Kenai Peninsula. We are also known for our success in completing survey projects in the remote reaches of Alaska as well, we can provide competitive quotes on survey projects from the tip of the Aleutian Islands to the furthest reaches of the southeast panhandle and from Kodiak to the deep northern interior of the state.

49th Star Surveying LLC is an owned member-managed, Alaska limited liability company owned exclusively by Jeremy Hurst, licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS). Mr. Hurst brings 20 years of surveying experience to the firm. He worked for 15 years as a project surveyor and field supervisor on remote and urban projects all over Alaska. Mr. Hurst formed 49th Star Surveying in 2017 after spending 4 years as the Survey Department Manager for a large multi-discipline design firm based in Anchorage.
